Eligible refunds
- The key was not delivered and support could not resolve it within 48 hours.
- The product was offline for the majority of your license period.
- You were charged twice for the same order.
How to request
Open a ticket on Discord or contact us with your order number. Crypto refunds are sent to a wallet address you provide, in the original coin or a stablecoin, minus network fees.
